Cats

White as the snow,

Roaming free,

Careless, hopeless,

Nothing bothers them.

Free meals,

Lap of luxury – forever.

Their life is so easy,

No worries or cares.

People know they can care for themselves,

Why should road users be careful,

Drives hate each other anyway.

Cats are a nuisance on the road,

They don’t even have to be licensed.

Whenever a white coat,

Turns blood red, it’s no bother.

Why should drivers care;

Elegance and charm is lost on the road.

Trampled by a busy world.

To keep a cats coat gleaming,

Take care of it.

Don’t allow it to wander,

Onto the grave.
